The Last Hurrah

We dashed away for the last hurrah before the start of another school year. The holidays always go so quickly and these ones have gone in the blink of an eye. So we had two days of reading, swimming, bombies, cycling, puzzling and eating and came back exhausted and ecstatic. We feel that we have crammed as much fun into the break as possible and that is a good thing.

I actually think some kids are ready to go back to school! SG has started & he loves it, so that is good.

I love reading about your gardening adventures and your quilts and the kids, it sounds a good life.I miss the veggie garden I had on the farm and all the birds and wildlife we saw.
Hope the school year doesn't get too crazy and you and Blogless Kathy get to work on the Bargello Project. Hmm, sounds like the name of a spy movie, doesn't it?
